I LOVED how Damen was all, "UGH. WHEN I WAS A PRINCE, YOU KNOW, THIS SHITTY COCKBLOCKING WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED. BECAUSE I WAS A PRINCE."
And I loved Damen standing up to Laurent and putting himself as Laurent's equal ("Are you going to try it with me? Or do you only take pleasure in attacking those who cannot defend themselves?") while at the same time so clearly putting himself as Laurent's servant/captain still.
