Which is to say, TV Tropes has a surprising amount of info on both Friendly Hostility and Other People's Business where, apparently, Fox and Collin broke up and now Fox is a friendless unhappy guy? :( This makes me a little sad. I think I need a romance novel STAT.

I LOVE that this whole comic is so open in the sense that everyone has stories/motivations. That is - none of these characters exist solely to help the main characters.

This universe has an amazing sense that it exists.

It is seriously one of the best pieces of writing I've ever read. And yes, everyone is so full and rich, and it's not All About Annie, and it's clever and fun and gorgeous to look at, and yeah. Yeah, it is perfect, and I love all of it and want the hardbound copies.

I know they're on Amazon! And you can buy them through the site too. Possibly it's only volumes 1 and 2 at the moment, but yes, definitely a thing to collect if at all possible.

I just... everything. The plot, the art, the fact that our main character is special but also so weird. Like, no one other than her best friend is really friends with her.

JONES. ZIMMY AND GAMMA. Those two make me glee forever. I'd kill everyone on earth and then myself if she wanted.

Man, I haven't read a proper plotty webcomic in ages. Do they even still make those? Oh wait, I lie, I started reading FreakAngels a while back, the one written by Warren Ellis. That was pretty good actually, not sure why I stopped reading again.

Also, have you ever read Demonology 101? That's complete and all. (And I should really re-read it some day, it's been ages.)

And you are the second trustworthy source to recommend Oglaf. I feel like I need to start reading it stat!

Do it! Oglaf's amazing, probably the funniest webcomic I've ever read. Really nice art, too.

Oh, I also love Metanoia, but that hasn't been regularly updated in years and I don't know if they'll start again. :/ That's more of a traditional graphic novel.

And do you know Hark! A Vagrant by Kate Beaton? She does these really off-beat and snarky historical(ly inspired) comics.

OMG. I love Kate Beaton so, so much. I did an assignment with my kids where I deleted the text from some of her comics and had them fill the dialogue in. It was hilarious.

BRONTE SISTERS LOVE. And any of the Sherlock ones, too.
