Recently, I bought Scrivener which has been a lifesaver because I was losing a lot of my writing notes each time I moved apartments. It's helped me keep my writing and my notes in one place.

However, it has all these options that I hadn't ever thought of using before, like character profiles and place sketches.

Tell me, dear flist. Do you use character profiles to keep your characters straight? Or do you rely on memory and a good search bar?
